AFTER THAT

Renewals aren't refunded. Cancel before the next one and you won't be charged again. QYRM keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.

Your profile page has a MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION link. Cancel there in two clicks.

HOW TO ASK FOR A REFUND

Email [email protected] from your profile's email address. The money goes back to the card you paid with, through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 days.

WHEN IT'S ON US

If QYRM was down or broken for a stretch of your month, say so and you'll get the days back.
